Welcome to the Ames Tile Online Portal! This guide will walk you through the key steps to get started — from logging in to placing your first order.

Login & Reset Password
Go to the Login page. If it's your first time or you've forgotten your password, click the reset option to set a new one.

Your Account Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on your account dashboard. Here, you can view and manage your profile, past orders, and saved items.

Find and Add Products
Use the product menu to explore categories, apply filters, and add items to your cart. Use the search bar to quickly find what you need.

Cart & Checkout Process
- Review your cart
- Inform PO details
- Specify the required date for pick-up or delivery
- Add any special notes to help us process your order efficiently
- Place your order

Payment
All online orders will follow your company’s existing invoice and payment terms. For COD customers or accounts requiring payment confirmation, our team will contact you to complete payment security before processing the order.
Order Review and Acknowledgment
Our team reviews all online orders and sends an Order Acknowledgment within the following timelines:
- Within 2 business hours for orders with a required date of today or tomorrow.
- Within 8 business hours for all other orders.
Same Day Pick Up (Product in Stock)
Same day pick up is available at all branches when the product is in stock and the order is placed by 12:00 PM local time.
Accessories, Setting Materials and Similar Items
If these items are not in stock, the estimated lead time is 7 to 21 days, depending on vendor availability and item type.
If the Product Is Not in Stock at Your Branch

| Edmonton | Approximately 1 week | Transfer time from Distribution Center. |
| Winnipeg | Approximately 1 week | Transfer time from Distribution Center. |
Important Notes
- Note: a 2.75% surcharge will apply to all Tile and LVT orders, on orders placed after Monday, May 18th 2026.
- Transfer charges may apply when the product is shipped from our Winnipeg branch.
- Our team will confirm all transfer charges with you before the transfer is processed
